## FAQ
### Is it possible to park at the hotel?
Friis Parking (Sikker Parkering) under CABINN can be used for a fee of DKK 100,- per day. The entrance is shared with the Friis shopping center. The license plate will be photographed at the entrance. As a guest at CABINN, you must park on level -4 (yellow deck) where there are spaces reserved for CABINN guests. If these are occupied, simply use another available space in the parking basement. A vehicle can't be registered unless it is physically parked in the garage. It is NOT possible to reserve a parking space. You can only access the agreed parking rate by registering and paying for parking at the reception during check-in. After parking the car, the license plate MUST be registered and paid for at the reception in connection with check-in. Here, the license plate and an e-mail address must be provided in order to register the parking.  Once registered, you can drive in and out of the parking basement as needed or simply drive out when you leave. If you use a parking app that activates automatically upon entry, do NOT stop it; otherwise, we will be unable to locate your vehicle in our system. When the vehicle is registered with us, it will automatically override any parking apps.
### Is it okay if we check in very late in the evening?
It is not a problem to check in late in the evening since our reception is open 24/7, however, we prefer to be informed if you need to check in after 11PM
### Is it possible to check in early?
We cannot guearantee that the room is available for check in before 3PM, but if the room is ready before that, it is possible to check in. Alternatively, we can store your luggage for free until check in time.
### How can I cancel my booking that I made online on another website?
If you made a reservationen on another online booking website, you must go to their website and cancel/change your reservation through them. It is unfortunately not possible to cancel/change it directly with CABINN.
### Can we bring our pets to the hotel?
Unfortunately, we don't allow pets of any kind at our hotels.
### Are there towels included as well as private bathrooms?
Yes, towels are included in the room and all our rooms have private bathrooms with a shower.
### Where and when is the breakfast served and what is the cost?
Breakfast can be purchased at the reception for an additional DKK 125,- per person per day. Breakfast time*: Weekdays 6 AM to 9.30 AM / Weekends 7 AM to 10.30 AM. *During holidays, different breakfast times may occur. Ask the hotel.
### What is the Wi-Fi password?
The password is FREEnet4you. You can fint the password under the large clock in the reception, in your room, or on the front of yourkey card holder.
### What time should we check out?
Check out time is 11AM, but it is possible you order late check-out for DKK 100,- per hour. During the busy seasons, it might not be possible to get a late check-out. Please ask the reception about the possibilities.

### Does the hotel offer parking facilities and what about charging electric cars?
There is paid parking available. The price is DKK 120,- per day (from 3 PM on the day of check in to 11 AM on the day of check out). They can be booked by contacting the hotel to receive a link by text. Please note that parking is limited. 6 of the parking spaces are reserved for charging of electric cars. The price for parking your electric car in one of those spaces is the same as regular parking. Payment for charging your car is done through Norlys and you need to bring your own charging cables. Norlys can use more than 30 different apps/cards from many different providers and it is also possible to pay by credit card on their website: https://norlys.dk/opladning/
### Is it possible to request a silent room?
Since the hotel is located in the centre of Aarhus, there might be some noise from the streets.
### Is it possible to rent a baby cot?
You can rent a baby cot for DKK 50,- per night.

Towels, linen, and soap is included in all rooms. If you need anything else, please contact the 24 hours open reception.

There are hair dryers on our Captain-, Penthouse-, and Apartment rooms. If you are staying in one of the other room types, you can borrow a hair dryer from the reception.

Smoking is not allowed indoors at the hotel. All CABINN hotels are non-smoking.

A taxi from the airport tothe hotel costs between DKK 150-200. From the cruise ships at Oceankajen you can take the metro to Ørestad Station.

If you use the kitchen, you are responsible for cleaning and doing your own dishes, and it is not allowed to remove anything from the kitchen. The following regulations must be obeyed: no smoking, the kitchen is for everyone so show consideration for the other guests, no parties or loud music in the kitchen.

### How do I check in?
Please go to our 24 hour reception in order to check in and out. It is also possible to check in using our new self check-in machines. The self check-in machines are available from 3 PM to 10 PM for check-in and 5 AM to 11 AM for check-out.
### Is it possible to rent a baby cot?
You can rent a baby cot for DKK 50,- per night. Please note that it is only possible for some room types. Please contact the hotel for more information.

### Do you allow pets at the hotel?
You are allowed to bring one dog in some rooms. Only 1 dog allowed in the room.It is only available for some Standard Plus rooms. It is subject to availability and upon request only. The booking MUST be confirmed by the hotel to be valid. If you arrive with your dog without having received a confirmation for a dog-friendly room, the hotel is allowed to reject the guest if there is no availability.The dog must be on lease in the common areas of the hotel.It is not allowed to leave the dog alone in the room – only exception is when you eat breakfast.Put the “Dog in the room” sign on the door, so housekeeping does not enter.If you wish to have cleaning during your stay, you will have to leave the room with the dog. Payment for charging your car is done through Norlys and you need to bring your own charging cables. A taxi from the airport tothe hotel costs between DKK 150-200. From the cruise ships at Oceankajen you can take the metro to Ørestad Station.

The hotel offer parking in the courtyard. The cost is DKK 175,- per day. Please note that there is a finite amount of spaces and they cannot be reserved. 6 of the parking spaces are reserved only for charging electric cars. The cost for these spaces is the same as regular cars. Payment for charging your car is done through Norlys and you need to bring your own charging cables.
