Both hotels have plenty of parking facilities and are easy to get to by public transportation, even for international guests attending your conference in Copenhagen. We offer a choice between a variety of conference rooms and you can rest assured that the facilities are top notch. CABINN Scandinavia Hotel can accommodate 10-100 participants and CABINN Apartments up to 100 participants. Our Newest hotel, CABINN Copenhagen Hotel can host up to 209 participants.

Rent a Cinema

Both CABINN Apartments and CABINN Copenhagen have cinema rooms which can accommodate up to 209 seated guests in the largest one.

We rent out our cinemas for different types of events:

Film showings/film screenings
Lectures/classes
Staff meetings/briefings
Film shootings etc.

There are many opportunities, and the price depends on the events. We can also host receptions in our cafe/lounge for your guests before/after the event upon request. Send us an e-mail to receive and offer.

We'll compose an attractive meeting package according to your needs and wishes. Our cinemas can also be rented on an hourly basis for e.g. general meetings, lectures, and seminars etc.

Our 3 cinemas at CABINN Copenhagen have between 50 and 209 seats, and the cinema at CABINN Apartments has 98 seats. It is possible connect to the screens via PC with HDMI input or with adapter. It is also possible to borrow wireless microphones if desired.

We have several meeting/conference rooms at CABINN Apartments, CABINN Copenhagen, and CABINN Scandinavia. The rooms vary in size and can accommodate up to 100 people in the largest meeting room.

We rent out our meeting/conference rooms for different types of events:

Meetings in Vejle

If you need a meeting room in Vejle, CABINN is an obvious choice. We deliver topmodern facilities where you don't have to pay a fortune. Vi kan sørge for det hele – både AV-udstyr, forplejning og naturligvis overnatning for deltagerne.

The meeting rooms has a max. capacity of 15 participants.

Room rent only costs 1000,- DKK per day.
