We do not have a restaurant at the hotel, but we do sell sandwiches and salads at the reception. Additionally, the hotel is centrally located so there are several restaurants in the nearby area. Please ask the reception for suggestions.

Pets are not allowed at the hotel. Dogs are allowed in some rooms, however, please note that there is a limited number of rooms where dogs are permitted and they can only be reserved by contacting the hotel at plusesbjerg@cabinn.com and they are subject to availability.

We offer free Wi-Fi at the hotel. Please ask the reception for the password.

You can buy beverages and snacks in our 24 hour open reception.

Only our apartment rooms have refrigerators

We offer breakfast at the hotel. It is served in our breakfast restaurant which is located on the ground floor. Breakfast is served between 6 AM and 10 AM on weekdays and 7 and 10.30 AM on weekends

The price is DKK 125,- per person per day.

There is paid parking available at the hotel (DKK 75 per day). You can book your parking HERE. 10 of the parking spaces are reserved for charging of electric cars. The cost for these spaces is the same as regular cars. Payment for charging your car happens via Norlys, and you have to use your own charging cables. Sperto can use more than 30 different apps/chips from other providers and the payment can also be done by credit card on Sperto's payment site. The hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed indoors.

Unfortunately, we don't have phones in our rooms.

You can walk from Esbjerg Station directly to the hotel in 10-15 minutes.

From Esbjerg Airport, you can take bus 944X to Esbjerg Station.

From Billund Airport, you can take bus 144 to the hospital which is located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

We accept the follwoing currency at the hotel: DKK, EUR, GBP, NOK, SEK, and USD. Please note that our charge for the exhange might differ from the one your bank charges you.

We have a dry cleaning service for a charge (not Saturday and Sunday). Just hand over your clothes at the reception in a bag. You can find the price list at the reception.

The hotel also have laundry facilities. Please ask for more information at the reception.

Depending on availability, we can offer late check out at the cost of DKK 100,- per hour until 2 PM. After 2 PM it costs a full night's charge.

Depending on availability, we can offer early check in. Before 12 PM, there is and extra charge of DKK 200,-.

You must be at least 18 years old to book a room at CABINN. Underaged children must accompanied by an adult.

We have a few handicap-friendly rooms. To book these, you must book a Single Apartment

Yes, all rooms have their own bathroom with a shower.

The reception is open 24/7.

Yes, all floors have elevator access.

If you have booked a room with a flexible rate, you can cancel the reservation until 12 PM on the day of arrival.

In the same way that you made the booking i.e. if you booked through the website, you must cancel through the website.

In order to change or cancel a reservation made with a third party booking agent, you must contact them directly.

If you wish to book a room at a CABINN hotel, you must always guarantee the reservation with a credit card. We don't accept debit cards as a guarantee. If you make the booking online on the CABINN webiste you must prepay.

Our reception is open 24/7, but we ask you to notify us if you arrive after 11 PM
