There are hair dryers on our Captain-, Captain Family-, and Apartment rooms. If you are staying in one of the other room types, you can borrow a hair dryer from the reception.

We guarantee check in from 3 PM and check out is before 11 AM.

No, we don't offer a bike rental service.

Depending on the room type, it is possible to add and extra person for an extra cost per night. The price depends on the room type. Please contact the reception to request the extra person.

We do not have a restaurant at the hotel, but we do sell sandwiches and salads at the reception. Additionally, the hotel is centrally located so there are several restaurants in the nearby area. Please ask the reception for suggestions.

Pets are not allowed at the hotel.

We offer free Wi-Fi at the hotel. Please ask the reception for the password.

You can buy beverages, snacks, sandwiches, and salads in our 24 hour open reception.

Only our apartment rooms have refrigerators

We offer breakfast at the hotel. It is served in our breakfast restaurant which is located on the ground floor. Breakfast is served between 6.0 AM and 10 AM on weekdays and 7.00 AM and 10.30 AM on weekends.

The price is DKK 125,- per person per day, but if you add breakfast when making a reservation or add it at check in, you can get it for DKK 99,- per person per day.

There is paid parking available behind the hotel (DKK 75 per day). However, please note that parking is limited, and it is not possible to reserve a space before arrival. 4 of the parking spaces are reserved for charging of electric cars. The cost for these spaces is the same as regular cars. Payment for charging your car happens via Sperto, and you have to use your own charging cables. Sperto can use more than 30 different apps/chips from other providers and the payment can also be done by credit card on Sperto's payment site. The hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed indoors.

We have ironing facilities in the basement.

Unfortunately, we don't have phones in our rooms.

You can walk from Esbjerg Station directly to the hotel in 5-10 minutes.

From Esbjerg Airport, you can take bus 944X to Esbjerg Station.

From Billund Airport, you can take bus 144 to the hospital which is located a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

We accept the follwoing currency at the hotel: DKK, EUR, GBP, NOK, SEK, and USD. Please note that our charge for the exhange might differ from the one your bank charges you.

We have a dry cleaning service for a charge (not Saturday and Sunday). Just hand over your clothes at the reception in a bag. You can find the price list at the reception.

We do have some allergy-friendly rooms. You must book Captain Family-, Standard-, Commodore-, or Apartment rooms to get an allergy-friendly room.

Yes, all rooms have their own bathroom with a shower.

The reception is open 24/7.

Yes, all floors have elevator access.

If you have booked a room with a flexible rate, you can cancel the reservation until 12 PM on the day of arrival.

In the same way that you made the booking i.e. if you booked through the website, you must cancel through the website.

In order to change or cancel a reservation made with a third party booking agent, you must contact them directly.

If you wish to book a room at a CABINN hotel, you must always guarantee the reservation with a credit card. We don't accept debit cards as a guarantee. If you make the booking online on the CABINN webiste you must prepay.
