Yes, it is possible to rent a bike for DKK 100,- per day. You also pay a deposit of DKK 500,- that will be returned to you when you return the bike.

That depends on the room type. If the room type permits it the cost for the extra person varies depending on the room type. Please contact the reception to add the extra person.

We do not have a restaurant at the hotel, but we do sell sandwiches and salads at the reception. Additionally, the hotel is centrally located so there ar a lot of options closeby. Please ask at the reception for suggestions.

We do not allow any pets at the hotel.

We offer free high speed Wi-Fi at the hotel. You'll find the password on the back of your key card holder.

You can buy beverages and snacks in our 24 hour open reception.

In relation to our green profile, we have chosen not to have a fridge in the rooms, but we do have a fridge in reception which can be used for storing medicine.

We offer breakfast at the hotel. It is served in our breakfast restaurant which is located on 7th floor. Breakfast is served between 6.30 AM and 10 AM on weekdays and 7.30 AM and 10.30 AM on weekends.

The price is DKK 125,- per person per day, but if you add breakfast when making a reservation or add it at check in, you can get it for DKK 110,- per person per day.

The hotel is non-smoking.

We have ironing facilities in the luggage room in the reception.

There are laundry facilities within 10 minutes walkig distance of the hotel. We also have a dry cleaning service for a charge. Just hand over your clothes at the reception in a bag. You can find the price list at the reception.

The reception is open 24/7.

Yes, all floors have elevator access.

If you have booked a room with a flexible rate, you can cancel the reservation until 12 PM on the day of arrival.

In order to change or cancel a reservation made with a third party booking agent, you must contact them directly.

If you wish to book a room at a CABINN hotel, you must always guarantee the reservation with a credit card. We don't accept debit cards as a guarantee. If you make the booking online on the CABINN webiste you must prepay.

Our reception is open 24/7, but we ask you to notify us if you arrive after 12 AM since we lock the main entrance between 12 AM and 6 AM
