- All rooms include a private bathroom with shower, TV and electric kettle with complimentary tea and coffee.
- There is free Wi-Fi with a speed of up to 100 MB all over the hotel.
- In the lobby you will find 1 guest computer with internet access, which you may use free of charge.
- The reception desk is open 24 hours a day all year round, and sells beverages, sandwiches, fruit and snacks.
- The breakfast café is open 6 AM to10 AM on weekdays and 7 AM to 10.30 AM on weekends.
- Breakfast Buffet is DKK 125,- per person per day, but if you add breakfast when making a reservation or add it at check in, you can get it for DKK 99,- per person per day.
- There is paid parking in the basement (DKK 100,-/24 hours). The entrance to the carpark is the same as to the Friis Shopping Centre. You MUST register and pay for the parking in the reception when checking in.

- The room/rooms is/are available from 3 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out is no later than 11 AM on the day of departure. If check-out takes place later than 11 AM on the day of departure, the guest will be charged for an additional night’s stay.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it possible to park at the hotel?
Parking costs DKK 90,- per day from check in. Upon arrival, please enter the FRIIS/APCOA parking basement in connection with the hotel and go to deck -4 (yellow). Please inform the reception at check in about parking and give them the registration number of the car as well as you e-mail. We will then forward your parking ticket to your e-mail. Please check that the dates and license plate is correct. You can now leave and enter the parking area when needed.
It is not possible to reserve parking spaces.
Is it okay if we check in very late in the evening?
It is not a problem to check in late in the evening since our reception is open 24/7, however, we prefer to be informed if you need to check in after 11PM
Is it possible to check in early?
We cannot guearantee that the room is available for check in before 3PM, but if the room is ready before that, it is possible to check in. Alternatively, we can store your luggage for free until check in time.
How can I cancel my booking that I made online on another website?
If you made a reservationen on another online booking website, you must go to their website and cancel/change your reservation through them. It is unfortunately not possible to cancel/change it directly with CABINN.
Can we bring our pets to the hotel?
Unfortunately, we don't allow pets of any kind at our hotels.
