We have a luggage storage room close to the parking area, where you can store your luggage. Please go to the reception to get a key for the storage.

Yes, it is possible to rent a bike for DKK 150,- per day.

Depending on the room type, it is possible to add and extra person for an extra cost per night. The price depends on the room type. Please contact the reception to request the extra person.

We do not have a restaurant at the hotel, but we do sell sandwiches and salads at the reception. Additionally, the hotel is located right next to the shopping mall, Field's, where you can find a lot of restuarants at the top floor. You can also got to the restaurant called PULS which is across the street from there hotel. Here you can get a discount of up to 20% by showing your key card.

We do not allow any pets at the hotel.

We offer free high speed Wi-Fi at the hotel. Please ask the reception for the password.

You can buy beverages, snacks, sandwiches, and salads in our 24 hour open reception.

Yes, all rooms at CABINN Apartments have refrigerators.

We offer breakfast at the hotel. It is served at our sister hotel, CABINN Metro, which is located next door. Breakfast is served between 5.30 AM and 10 AM on weekdays and 6 AM and 10.30 AM on weekends.

The price is DKK 125,- per person per day, but if you add breakfast when making a reservation or add it at check in, you can get it for DKK 99,- per person per day.

Please note that from the 1st of July 2024, breakfast will be served in the café at CABINN Apartments from 6AM to 10.30 AM

The hotel is non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed indoors.

We have ironing facilities next to our laundry room that we share with CABINN Metro.

No, we don't have any phones in the rooms.

From the airport you can take the train from Terminal 3, Track 2 towards Copenhagen/Helsingør and get off at Ørestad Station. From there you can walk through Field's Shopping Center t the hotel.

A taxi from the airport tothe hotel costs between DKK 150-200.

From the cruise ships at Oceankajen you can take the metro to Ørestad Station.

We accept the follwoing currency at the hotel: DKK, EUR, GBP, NOK, SEK, and USD. Please note that our charge for the exhange might differ from the one your bank charges you.

You can use our laundry facilities, washing machines and dryers, for a charge. Soap is included. We also have a dry cleaning service for a charge. Just hand over your clothes at the reception in a bag. You can find the price list at the reception.

CABINN Apartments is located in the area called Ørestad near Bella Center, Royal Arena, and Field's Shopping Center. The hotel is only 10 minutes away from Copenhagen Airport.

The common kitchen is available 24 hours and can be used for free as a guest of the hotel. You can get a key at the reception. If you use the kitchen, you are responsible for cleaning and doing your own dishes, and it is not allowed to remove anything from the kitchen. The following regulations must be obeyed: no smoking, the kitchen is for everyone so show consideration for the other guests, no parties or loud music in the kitchen.

Yes, we have a fitness room at CABINN Metro next door. Please go to the reception in order to gain access.

The reception is open 24/7.

Yes, all floors have elevator access.

If you have booked a room with a flexible rate, you can cancel the reservation until 12 PM on the day of arrival.

In order to change or cancel a reservation made with a third party booking agent, you must contact them directly.

If you wish to book a room at a CABINN hotel, you must always guarantee the reservation with a credit card. We don't accept debit cards as a guarantee. If you make the booking online on the CABINN webiste you must prepay.

Our reception is open 24/7, but we ask you to notify us if you arrive after 11 PM
